I’m Nicola Pedley, a hypnotherapist and mindset coach specialising in the emotional side of personal change.

My approach blends neuroscience, solution-focused hypnotherapy, and reflective mindset work to help you regain calm, clarity, and a strong sense of who you are, especially during times of transition.

We work with the brain’s natural patterns to create lasting change by helping you quiet mental noise, interrupt unhelpful habits, and build a more stable, confident internal state.

Real transformation happens from the inside out. My role is to guide that process with structure, sensitivity, and a clear focus on what matters most to you.

What to Expect

We’ll use a blend of solution-focused conversation, neuroscience-based mindset work, and gentle trance to:

  • Reduce mental noise and emotional overwhelm

  • Help you make clearer, calmer choices

  • Rebuild confidence and a sense of direction

  • Let go of old patterns that no longer fit

You’ll leave each session feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded with practical shifts unfolding between sessions.

How Sessions Work

  • Location: Online (Zoom) or in person (Wokingham, Berkshire)

  • Session Length: 50 minutes

  • Price: £70 per 1:1 session. Group sessions also available

  • Frequency: Most clients start with weekly or fortnightly sessions

You don’t need to commit to a set number of 1:1 sessions.


We work at your pace, for as long as it’s helpful.
